The location was convenient for shopping and dining, reflecting the vibrant surroundings of Seoul. The breakfast spread was satisfactory, although certain hot items needed to be warmer. The staff's friendliness was a standout feature, especially their willingness to accommodate my needs, such as finding alternative arrangements for my granddaughter to swim. Housekeeping services were efficient, maintaining a clean and pet-friendly environment. The suite's hardwood flooring was a practical choice for pet owners, and the kitchen area was well-equipped, offering convenience during my stay. The presence of two TVs and a spacious sitting area added a touch of comfort.Although lacking an indoor pool, the collaborative effort of the staff to provide a solution demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The absence of certain luxury amenities was noticeable, yet the reasonable rates and valuable services provided a compelling argument for the financial-savvy traveler seeking a comfortable stay without compromising on quality.
